THIS SECTION IS CRITICAL. By booking or receiving any spiritual service (including readings and mentorship) from Jali Lane, you agree to the following limitations:

All spiritual services provided by Jali Lane are intended for entertainment, motivational, and general guidance purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional, licensed advice.

2.2 No Professional Advice

Jali Lane is not a licensed medical professional, lawyer, financial advisor, or mental health professional. The information and guidance you receive from us, whether through a reading, mentorship, or product description, is not a substitute for consultation, examination, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified and licensed professional.

2.3 Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your own life choices and actions. Jali Lane and its representatives are not liable for any actions, inactions, decisions, or non-decisions taken by you as a result of any information provided through the Site or Services.

3. Orders, Payments, and Billing

3.1 Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

3.2 Payment

We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Site. You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method you utilize.

3.3 Appointment Cancellation (Services)

For scheduled services like psychic readings or mentorship sessions, you must notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges (Physical Goods)

4.1 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance service.

4.2 Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimated and provided at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.

4.3 Returns and Exchanges

• Condition: We accept returns of physical goods within 30 Days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Exceptions: Due to their nature, all sales of spiritual services (readings, mentorship) are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the program has begun. Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable.  all cancelations need to be 24 hours in advance of session to get a refund for non-services rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Jali Lane, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Jali Lane name and logo are trademarks of Jali Lane. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jali Lane, its affiliates, employees, agents, or directors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any content obtained from the Site; or (iii) any advice, guidance, or information received from the spiritual services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least15 day notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
