• 4.3 Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition: We accept returns of physical goods within 30 Days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Due to their nature, all sales of spiritual services (readings, mentorship) are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the program has begun. Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable.  all cancelations need to be 24 hours in advance of session to get a refund for non-services rendered.
