What to know about your Hypnosis Session

 

  • When you arrive, we chat about what’s on your heart, past or present, at your pace.  Next, I guide you using gentle hypnosis to connect with your Higher Self, like a deep meditation or a lucid dream, all while you’re fully awake, aware, and in control
     

  • How long does a session usually take?

  • Plan for a full, unhurried experience, we take the time needed, typically 5-7 hours. That covers a chat, hypnosis, and discussion afterward. Allowing a full day gives you space to process and integrate
     

  • Will I feel like I’m asleep or out of control?

  • Nope! You stay fully conscious, awake, and in control in this trance- this isn’t like Hollywood-style hypnosis :). It’s more like a lucid dream, gently drifting inward with awareness as you are talking with me
     

  • What can I experience or see during the hypnosis?

  • Anything and everything- past lives, alternate realities, future travels, healing sensations, temple of colors…whatever your Higher Self brings. Visions could be abstract, colors, patterns, shapes, rapid images, or symbolic or even non-human experiences. You may feel energy shifts, or visit mystery temples. Your Higher Self decides what’s needed for your healing and clarity
     

  • Will I remember everything afterward?

  • Yes! Most people remember much, and it's all recorded, so you can revisit your journey afterward
     

  • Can anyone be hypnotized?

  • Absolutely, as long as you’re open and willing. Hypnosis is just a natural, safe state, like daydreaming or driving on autopilot

    What if I’m super analytical or skeptical?

  • No worries, many analytical minds resist at first. But when you allow yourself to relax and simply speak whatever comes, breakthroughs happen. Hypnosis is natural, like daydreaming.

     

  • What do I need to do before the hypnosis session?

  • Write down your most important questions, things about your life purpose, emotional patterns, career, relationships, health, or anything on your mind. Bring that list. And avoid watching others’ regressions, this is your unique journey

    What should I avoid before coming?

  • Try not to watch other people's regression videos, they set expectations and can cloud your unique experience. Go in fresh, open, and curious
     

  • Can this hypnosis help with trauma, life purpose, or addictions?

  • Yes, many clients experience emotional release, clarity, healing from trauma or addiction, and a deeper connection to purpose. Your Higher Self guides what’s best for you. That said, if you have severe mental health conditions, first seeking professional support is important.
     

  • How many sessions will I need?

  • Generally, one session is powerful enough. It's designed to catalyze lasting change. Some people return for deeper exploration.
     

  • Do I get a recording?

  • Yes! You’ll receive an edited recording a few days later of the hypnosis part so you can revisit it. This helps with integration long after the session
     

    What’s the after-session like?

  • After the hypnosis process is done, we debrief and discuss your experience. You'll feel relaxed, reflective, and maybe emotional. Prioritize rest, stay well-hydrated, and connect with nature by walking barefoot on the earth and listen to your recording as you integrate what surfaced.
